From high energy, high BPM for cardio in Burn, to slower-paced beats for proper lifting cadence in Lift, and even chilled out, minimal vibes for stretching, warm-up/cool downs and Yoga.
You’ll find new artists, old favorites, maybe even a few new mixes thrown in. All with the goal of soundtracking your workouts with new, unexpected music in addition to the hits.
We’ll have fun with it too…New Music Friday, Throwback Thursday, Man Crush Monday, TGIF…you get the point. All the while, we’re sharing music from artists and genres you may not have considered. We love pop, indie, EDM, R&B, hiphop, even some country and music that defies genres. All to get your workout pumping!
